📋 Description
• Ensure accuracy of payroll calculations • Manage legal obligations such as eSocial, FGTS, INSS and IRRF • Analyze discrepancies and propose process improvements • Integrate payroll with other modules and systems (time & attendance, benefits, finance) • Support implementation projects, improvements or rollouts of SAP solutions • Prepare management reports and payroll KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience with payroll using SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll • Advanced knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and payroll-related charges • Experience with eSocial and other statutory filings • Experience configuring payroll in SAP • Knowledge of HR systems integration • Education: University degree
