📋 Description

• Handling complex technical project tasks, project issues and initial troubleshooting for clients. • A client facing role with occasional in person visits to client sites. • Configuration and troubleshooting of servers and networks. • Configuration and migration of Cloud Services. • Management of small and medium sized projects. • Provide technical advice on planning and scoping calls. • Help achieve department goals by hitting personal KPI targets. • Some international travel and on-call requirement. • Some evening shifts, Working from Home. • Documentation of internal processes and guides

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical skills with public cloud technologies, Azure specifically • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a system engineering role • Certifications preferred (AI, Azure Expert, MCSE, VCP, CCP) • MSP experience preferred • Must be able to work EST hours
