📋 Description
• 每周保证4.5天正常拜访时间，每天面对面有效拜访不少于12人 • 保证对A、B级客户的正确覆盖率和拜访频率 • 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员及重要学科带头人 • 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解 • 每月根据公司指标规划负责区域，每周跟踪进度以完成目标 • 规划和管理负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息并拓展区域业务 • 根据预算提出市场活动费用预申请，经地区经理批准后支出，并在费用发生3周内提交DM • 根据市场部产品策略制定产品发展计划及重点产品发展计划，尤其关注新产品 • 参加每周产品知识讲解并定期考试 • 在实地有效运用业务技巧，提高拜访效率 • 每天在区域内进行8小时有效拜访工作，并在08:00至22:00保持手机开机以便公司及客户联系 • 负责报表管理
🎯 Requirements
• 2年及以上医药行业工作经验 • 1年及以上医药产品推广经验 • 具备基本的英文听说读写能力 • 熟练使用Office软件，会使用网络浏览器浏览网页 • 按照公司要求承担相应的出差任务 • RDPAC证书
