📋 Description

• Lead business development across Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, identifying and winning new opportunities • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new business • Own retention and renewal strategies, maximizing customer lifetime value • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders • Understand customer business goals and design tailored, value-based solutions • Position Abbott as a trusted strategic partner • Develop and execute account plans and sales forecasts • Deliver profitable growth, meeting revenue and margin targets • Adapt and align value propositions to customer needs, market dynamics, and company strategy • Lead and coach high-performing teams (Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Executives and Technical Specialists)

🎯 Requirements

• Significant commercial leadership experience • Proven success in complex, value-based solution selling at executive level • Strong track record of building and growing strategic accounts • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking • Ability to translate customer needs into compelling solutions • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Understanding of hospital systems, healthcare IT, or diagnostics • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
