• Proveer servicio técnico para nuestros equipos centrado en el cliente, utilizando habilidades efectivas de comunicación para construir lealtad. • Ser socios con nuestros clientes externos e internos, manteniendo relaciones positivas y asegurando la resolución eficiente de problemas. • Alcanzar exitosamente las métricas del negocio incluyendo ventas de servicio, costo de servicio e indicadores clave de rendimiento. • Garantizar que se ejecuten los servicios planeados y por demanda de acuerdo con los manuales y procedimientos de calidad. • Documentar en sistema Abbott según los requerimientos de Calidad.
🎯 Requirements
• Ingeniería, electrónica, eléctrica, mecánica, mecatrónica o similares • Curso técnico en áreas afines y/o TI, infraestructura de red, proceso de datos, sistemas, análisis de datos, inteligencia Artificial, BI (business intelligence) • Microinformática – aplicaciones Microsoft Office • Inglés hablado y escrito • 2 años como ingeniero de servicio con experiencia en equipos de Diagnóstico, Diagnóstico Molecular (deseable).
