📋 Description

• Manage and execute projects to implement digital healthcare solutions • Gather pre-project requirements • Install physical or virtual servers and Oracle databases • Identify solutions using available tools, creating value through the proposed solution • Conduct testing, training, and usage follow-up • Provide technical support for Abbott systems within digital healthcare solutions • Manage multiple activities simultaneously • Collaborate with various Abbott departments, including Sales, Projects, Automation, Engineering, Consulting, and Logistics • Coordinate implementation and support projects with customers and HIS/LIS vendors • Work as part of a team, train others, and share knowledge among IT technical specialists • Provide 24/7 on-call technical support to customers in Brazil and Argentina, according to the agreed schedule • Develop a strong understanding of Abbott processes and lead by example • Adhere to and promote Abbott’s Business Code of Conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Biomedical Systems, or a related field • English and Spanish proficiency • Experience with hospital information systems (HIS), laboratory information systems (LIS), and middleware • Experience assembling and installing servers, as well as installing operating systems, particularly Windows Server • Knowledge of Oracle databases, programming logic, and healthcare communication protocols (HL7, ASTM) • Familiarity with laboratory processes • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to self-development and willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams • Proactive mindset and eagerness to take on challenges • Willingness to travel
