📋 Description
• 日常拜访医院及客户，确保 A、B 级客户的覆盖率和拜访频率 • 拜访固定区域内重要医院的关键决策者和学科带头人，获取支持 • 每周召开产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解 • 根据公司指标规划负责区域并跟踪进度，完成个人目标 • 合理规划负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息并拓展区域业务 • 根据预算提出市场活动费用预申请，经地区经理批准后支出，并在费用发生 3 周内提交 DM • 根据市场部产品策略制定产品发展计划，重点推进新产品 • 参加每周产品知识讲解和定期考试，考试成绩作为绩效评估依据 • 在实地工作中运用业务技巧，提高有效拜访效率 • 管理报表
🎯 Requirements
• 每周应该保证 4.5 天的正常拜访时间 • 每天的面对面有效拜访人数不应该少于 12 人 • 应该保证对 A，B 级客户的正确覆盖率和拜访频率 • 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员、重要学科带头人 • 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会 • 每月初根据公司下达指标对负责区域进行规划，并每周跟踪进度 • 每天必须保证在区域内进行 8 小时的有效拜访工作 • 业务员工应保证公司及客户在早 8:00 点起至晚 22:00 点之前可以取得完全的联系 • 在规定时间内保持手机开机状态
