• 负责所分配客户的业绩达成，包括赢得“ZBA”新业务机会、合同续签及持续提升雅培在医院的份额 • 完成所分配客户的销售指标 • 与客户共同创造价值，维护现有业务 • 抓住价值创造机会和新业务机会 • 收集、分享并上报所负责客户的市场情报 • 完成装机等各类指标，盘点客户库存、预估业绩并跟踪订单 • 管理关键客户，维护客户数据，开展满意度、风险和机会管理 • 收集目标客户仪器、试剂、开单科室、竞品及渠道经销商信息，制定客户发展计划 • 制定并执行客户拜访计划 • 制定并实施单元医院及区域业务规划，进行VBP报量预估和管理 • 收集行业政策、市场动态及竞争对手动态 • 协调客户投诉、售后服务、装机、市场项目、学术圈子、临床医生、科内会、产品库存效期及PCR申请等流程
🎯 Requirements
• 临床实验室或生物医学相关专业，本科以上学历 • Sr. Account Rep.需具备 3 年以上相关销售经验 • 掌握基本专业知识 • 具有良好的客户沟通能力 • 具备坚韧的执行力和解决问题的能力 • 掌握计算机技能（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）
