📋 Description

• Coordinates software and application deployments into various environments and ensure smooth release processes. • Monitors and supports production environment • Manage and resolve daily operational tickets within SLA to ensure smooth business continuity. • Swiftly familiarize with our system architecture, team dynamics and department operational activities to provide on-hands support. • Works with developers and systems engineering to identify potential operational issues with software and workflows before production release. • Develop and manage monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance. • Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. • Manage access provisioning and enforce security best practices. • Lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive root cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines • Preferable to have at least 5-6 years working experience in a computer engineering, software development or IT environment and familiar with database, operating systems or middleware system. • Good understanding of software programming, software development, software releases, database management, networking concepts, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. • A good understanding of modern, cloud centric architectures and microservices provides an advantage. • Systematic problem-solving approach • Strong communication skills • Ability to handle multiple assignment and perform in a diverse cross-functional team environment.
