📋 Description

• Implement the company strategy with regard to electrophysiology services • Lead and develop the assigned Field Clinical/Technical Engineers • Support sales staff responsible for market analysis and revenue planning • Document and monitor the development of procedure volumes • Participate in workshops, congresses, and exhibitions • Ensure the smooth coordination of field assignments within the region • Serve as the central point of contact for Field Technical Engineers within the region • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Field Technical Engineers in the region • Manage vacation and other absences • Coordinate and monitor employee training and serve as the central point of contact for the Training Department • Support team members with career planning and identify high-potential employees • Provide clinical procedure support at customer sites when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in a natural science or technical field, or comparable clinical training • Professional qualification as a medical device consultant under the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) is an advantage • Solid experience in electrophysiology procedures • Initial experience leading and coaching employees is an advantage • Excellent self-organization • High level of empathy • Strong self-motivation • Willingness to travel extensively • Very good command of English
