📋 Description

• Install, repair, and maintain Onto Innovation products, including metrology and inspection tools • Install new tools within the European region, completing both engineering and applications tasks • Respond to down-tool situations within Europe • Respond to maintenance requests when required • Provide requested documentation and feedback to the US factory • Provide feedback to the sales team and help identify possible leads for future sales • Provide applications feedback to support continuous product improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred Field Service experience in the Semiconductor Business • Previous knowledge of equipment fault detection, with experience in electrical, mechanical, and software • Preferred experience in Semiconductor applications • College/University degree or several years of professional experience in engineering / E&I • Ability to work unsupervised yet within a team setting • Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills • Ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Ability to travel regularly throughout Europe, approximately 40% of the time • Applicants may be subject to an export licensing review process, except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), for positions requiring access to technical data
