📋 Description
• Achieve assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. • Carry out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision. • Report field work daily on the assigned online system. • Meet call average, coverage, frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share. • Promote the division’s products according to strategy. • Build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and other stakeholders. • Facilitate strategy building. • Act as a brand ambassador.
🎯 Requirements
• BSc/B. Pharma. • 2+ years of experience. • Fresher with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. • Candidate with prior/current experience in same therapy. • Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage. • Fluent and confident in communication. • Willingness to travel 100% of the time. • Ability to perform continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day).
