📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support • Support onboarding and training of new Project Managers • Serve as an escalation point for complex or at-risk projects • Balance resource allocation across projects • Maintain visibility into active projects, timelines, risks, and dependencies • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope • Review project plans, forecasts, and deliverables for quality and alignment • Partner with leadership to prioritize projects and manage capacity planning • Define, implement, and enforce project management standards and best practices • Ensure consistent use of tools, templates, and documentation • Oversee change control, risk management, and approval governance processes • Provide portfolio-level reporting to leadership • Translate project data into insights, risks, and recommendations • Align with Sales, Product, Development, Integration, and Leadership teams • Support pre-sales efforts with scoping, timelines, and resource estimates • Oversee project budgets, hours, and utilization across the PMO • Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics • Identify scope, cost, or staffing risks proactively • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Support go-live readiness and handoff to support teams • Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned • Improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and PMO processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience • 5–8+ years of software/SaaS project management experience • 2+ years of people leadership or team management experience • Experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects • Experience with pre-sales scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders • PMO leadership and portfolio management • People management and coaching • Advanced project planning, risk, and change management • Strong executive and client communication • Cross-functional leadership and escalation management • Financial oversight and KPI tracking • Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, Google Suite, etc.) • Strong organizational and decision-making skills • Ability to travel up to 20%
