📋 Description

• Support brand management for an innovative hematology product • Contribute to marketing and communications projects • Develop digital and offline communications and promotional materials • Conduct market and competitive analyses • Create marketing training materials • Prepare workshops, congresses, meetings, and presentations • Support the marketing team with ad hoc tasks • Use artificial intelligence to create marketing materials • Execute brand-specific activities • Report to the Senior Brand Manager in Hematology

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business administration, natural sciences, communications, health sciences, or a related field • Initial practical experience in marketing and/or the healthcare industry through internships or working student positions • Structured and reliable working style • Willingness to clarify priorities, ask questions, and establish direction collaboratively • Proactive personality with original ideas and a willingness to take responsibility • Strong communication skills in German and English • Experience using digital tools and standard Microsoft Office applications • Enjoyment of collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and with different perspectives • Ability to develop pragmatic solutions collaboratively
