📋 Description

• Represent AbbVie Medical Affairs as a subject matter expert in Immunology-Dermatology and the assigned territory • Build and maintain professional scientific relationships with external experts and healthcare professionals • Serve as a Medical Affairs contact for external experts' scientific information needs • Develop and execute scientific interaction and cycle plans • Contribute to cross-functional account planning • Facilitate research and educational initiatives at key academic centers • Support requests for medical and scientific information about products and therapeutic areas • Deliver scientific update presentations to sales, marketing, and Affiliate Brand Team members • Collaborate cross-functionally with in-field colleagues while retaining functional independence • Assist with initiation, oversight, and follow-up of GMA studies and medical projects • Support prioritized interventional studies with study initiation visits and serve as a subject matter expert • Facilitate investigator-initiated study ideas and support requests • Deliver scientific presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals • Attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences • Develop summaries of key data and scientifically relevant information • Provide scientific and technical support for scientific or medical publications • Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, codes, policies, SOPs, and standards of best practice

🎯 Requirements

• Saudi Nationality is a must • Experience of 1 - 2 years or more in Medical Affairs, Immunology & Dermatology are preferred • Advanced degree (e.g. PharmD., MD, PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred, but candidates with an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and demonstrated experience will be considered • Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and the role of Medical Affairs • Demonstrated expertise in scientific methods applied to clinical research • Knowledge of current legislative/regulatory controls applicable to clinical research • Ability to comprehensively learn about new subject areas and environments • Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with thought leaders, physicians, and healthcare decision makers • Good understanding of written and oral English is mandatory • High customer orientation • Strong commitment to compliance with relevant rules and procedures • Commitment to scientific quality and integrity • Ability to travel regularly, approximately 50%
