📋 Description

• Promote company products academically within the target region and achieve established work objectives • Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals • Conduct continuous and standardized medical and product-information exchanges • Complete company-prescribed reports • Collect market developments and product-related insights in accordance with company compliance guidelines • Execute company marketing plans in strict compliance with OEC policies • Promptly report adverse events related to company products and cooperate with pharmacovigilance information collection when needed • Observe applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while upholding company values and integrity/compliance principles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field • Two or more years of work experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty drugs, or the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in a foreign-funded enterprise is preferred • Excellent academic and professional expertise • Strong judgment • Good communication and language-expression skills • Passion for the work and sense of responsibility • Ability to withstand work pressure • Teamwork spirit and willingness to undertake demanding work • Compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, company policies, OEC policies, and integrity/compliance principles
