• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field and sales performance • Build strong customer relationships and customer needs solving capability • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives • Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation • Proactively serve customer needs to achieve win-win agreements • Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics • Build understanding on customer needs and expectations, market landscape, competitors • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and maintain disease state experts
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies. • (1-3) years experience as a Product Specialist in Multinational Company • Relevant industry experience, ideally in Speciality care Therapy areas is preferred • Fluency in English and Arabic • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements • Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities • Great sense of ethics and integrity • Curiosity and ability to learn and improve
