📋 Description

• Responsibility for selected clinical studies, from site selection through study conduct to close-out • Close collaboration with local CRA colleagues across various study teams • Proactive planning to ensure projects are completed on schedule • Management of a selected portfolio of investigational sites • Oversight of collaboration with partners and regulatory authorities • Oversight of overall site management in collaboration with local CRA colleagues • Ensuring compliance with all internal and external requirements • Ensuring investigational sites are inspection-ready

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a health-related field (e.g., medicine, life sciences, or pharmacy) • At least 3 years of on-site and remote monitoring experience in Phase 1–4 clinical studies • Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and standards • Strong planning skills, excellent organizational abilities, and analytical thinking • Independent and structured approach to work • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, self-awareness, flexibility, and persuasiveness • Business-fluent German and English
