📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across Allergan Aesthetics software portfolio • Support Product Manager in product discovery • Design for both consumers and providers • Prototype ideas using AI-assisted tools • Craft high-quality blueprints in Figma • Work with engineers for feasibility and implementation quality • Contribute to design system • Run usability testing with user research team • Participate in design reviews with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience • strong craft in SaaS platforms or consumer mobile apps at scale • highly skilled in Figma (including auto-layout, components, variables, and prototyping) • experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code • skilled in mobile-first responsive web design, iOS/Material Design patterns, accessibility, and design systems • strong communicator • able to synthesize complex constraints into clear design decisions • empathetic understanding of consumer and provider behavior • capable of user research participation
