📋 Description
• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets • Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation • Handle objections and gain logical calls to action • Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements • Develop and execute call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities • Continuously build understanding of customer needs and expectations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred • 5+ years of relevant industry experience required • Proven track record of leadership success • Strong business acumen • Proficient use of business tools • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
