📋 Description

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives • Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation • Handle objections, misunderstandings, and concerns during sales calls • Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities • Continuously build understanding of customer needs and marketing landscape • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers • Identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and advocates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred • Relevant and equivalent industry experience required in lieu of a bachelor’s degree is at least five (5) years • Three (3) or more years of experience within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred • High school diploma/GED required • Demonstrates in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge • Strong business acumen • Proficient use of business tools • Proactive identification of customer style/behavior • Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills • Valid driver’s license
