📋 Description

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives • Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations to improve sales performance • Effectively handle objections and close sales calls • Proactively support key stakeholders to build trusted relationships • Execute a call plan to maximize sales opportunities • Build understanding of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, and market dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce or equivalent • Minimum of three to five years in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical industry • Gynecology experience is preferred • Gastroenterology experience is an asset • Established relationships with existing HCP targets is an asset • Proven track record in sales and solid presentation skills both F2F and virtually • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency • Proficient with technology and virtual platforms
