📋 Description
• Provide support for credit systems, monitoring, analyzing, and directing incident resolution • Specify enhancement requests and improvement processes for credit systems, gathering and detailing requirements with the relevant areas • Support implementation and acceptance testing of new features • Manipulate and analyze data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement • Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement of credit-area processes • Produce functional documentation for requirements and processes • Work collaboratively with business and technology teams
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields • Knowledge of SQL, Python, GCP, Data Studio (Looker) • Understanding of programming logic • Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML) • Preferred: experience or knowledge in credit projects and systems in wholesale banking • Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
