📋 Description
• Client prospecting and management; • Sales of banking products and services; • Execute credit, trade finance, and treasury operations; • Support and follow-up in the formalization of guarantees/collateral; • Revenue target: groups with gross revenue between BRL 50 million and BRL 500 million per year; • Area of operation: Cascavel
🎯 Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Interest in building a long-term career; • Strong commercial and sales skills; • Good knowledge of banking products, services, and operations; • Experience in granting and managing credit operations; • Knowledge of trade finance, treasury operations, and BNDES pass-through financing (repasses); • Strong ability to analyze balance sheets, financial statements, and economic indicators; • Previous experience at banks managing a Middle Market portfolio in the region; • University degree required; postgraduate studies desirable; • ANBIMA CPA-20 certification; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; • Availability to travel.
