📋 Description

• Manage and resolve escalations from internal team members and client services to ensure timely and accurate completion • Investigates and resolves matters that Client Success escalates from clients to resolve • Research and complete special projects for Posting as requested • Assist with departmental training as requested • Assist with audits as requested • Provide process improvement feedback to leadership • Performs other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • At least two (2) years of experience posting insurance payments in a health care setting • At least one (1) year of experience in an escalation/lead role in payment posting, preferred • At least two (2) years of experience reading insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, preferred
