📋 Description
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of multiple healthcare clients into coding and billing services • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding • Manage project timelines, tasks, and communications to ensure on-time delivery • Identify and escalate issues, drive resolution with internal and external stakeholders • Lead client meetings to guide onboarding progress and address concerns • Collect and validate client data required for system configuration • Maintain and share onboarding status updates with stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • 5 years of related project management experience • Effective oral and written communication skills • Experience managing multiple projects • Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management specific to coding and billing • Working knowledge of project management tools and software
