📋 Description

• Serve as a key technical leader on our development team. • Lead a small, globally distributed team (primarily in Poland). • Guide the design, development, and maintenance of multiplayer business simulations and internal tools. • Ensure we deliver secure, high-quality software that meets our customers’ needs. • Flex your leadership skills and mentor others. • Drive architectural decisions while collaborating with the VP of Engineering on strategy. • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience, ideally with multiple tech stacks. • Experience architecting systems and mentoring other engineers. • Ability to manage time well, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously. • Appreciates excellent front-end design and understands the importance of a polished user experience. • Takes security seriously and understands the importance of security in web environments. • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where priorities may shift quickly. • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Frontend frameworks, NodeJS, LanchainJS for AI, PostgreSQL, API Design, Amazon Web Services (EC2, Route 53, S3, RDS).
