• Recruit and build a high-performing team focused on engineering management • Foster a healthy, inclusive team culture centered on trust, engagement, and continuous growth • Drive execution through clear planning, prioritization, and alignment with product goals • Take ownership of operational health by defining key metrics, improving systems reliability, and ensuring seamless releases • Translate long-term objectives into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes for the team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience, leading a team of 4+ engineers building enterprise-level customer-facing products • 4+ years of product development leadership experience (as a lead engineer or engineering manager) collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable, reliable, enterprise class, customer-facing products • 2+ years leading full stack teams responsible for building and maintaining production systems at scale • Proven ability to partner with recruiting to define hiring needs, attract senior talent, and build high-performing teams • Demonstrated strength in communication and stakeholder management. Must be able to align leadership, cross-functional partners, and distributed teams toward shared goals • A bias for action. Proactively identifies gaps, drives process improvements, and takes initiative without waiting for direction • Sets and maintains high standards for technical quality, reliability, and execution, raising the bar for themselves and their team • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
