📋 Description
• Clarifying Florida statutes, administrative processes, and compliance obligations relevant to property tax protests. • Giving practical guidance on local requirements in key counties—including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, and Orange. • Coaching our team on petition filing strategies—including TRIM notices, deadlines, evidence requirements, and online vs. paper submissions. • Sharing best practices for navigating the value adjustment board (VAB) process and preparing effective protests.
🎯 Requirements
• Have direct experience in the Florida property tax ecosystem—whether through your own practice, an established firm, or government office. • Possess deep knowledge of county-level procedures, deadlines, and rules, especially in Florida’s five largest counties. • Demonstrate innovative thinking while adhering to all local statutes and regulations surrounding property tax appeals. • Are available for consulting on an as-needed, hourly basis via phone or Zoom.
