📋 Description

• Diagnose and solve technical and non-technical issues through phone, email, and chat • Assist Smart Owners with installing ecobee devices • Provide guidance for device setup to ensure comfort and energy savings • Participate in 8 weeks of paid Training involving remote in-class and on-the-phone training

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service experience is a must • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to multi-task • Ability to search for and find answers independently • Aptitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology • Passion for customer support • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish language is an asset
