📋 Description
• handle customer enquiries, provide assistance during emergency situations • ensure every caller receives a professional and positive experience • answer calls in a polite and professional manner, escalating customer queries • handle a number of customer queries via telephone • ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met • build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience working in similar environment • Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers • Having excellent organisational skills • Having the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’s • Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills • Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future
