📋 Description

• You analyze business and technical requirements. • You develop concepts and designs, and implement modern software solutions. • You monitor software quality and ensure that the software products assigned to you remain scalable and maintainable. • You ensure compliance with technical standards and internal guidelines for your software products. • You create and maintain the technical documentation for your assigned software products. • You take on incident and problem management and ensure prompt and sustainable resolution. • You handle tickets independently and with a solution-oriented approach. • You perform administrative tasks such as system monitoring, log file analysis, deployments, and configurations. • You take care of installations, commissioning, upgrades, and updates, performing functional and compatibility tests. • You advise customers and stakeholders competently on technical issues. • You actively share your knowledge with your team and provide technical guidance and onboarding for software developers. • You support the team lead and product owner with operational management tasks such as scheduling, ticket prioritization, escalations, and handover to problem management. • You participate in on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in application development with Java; knowledge of Golang is an advantage. • Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming. • Good knowledge of modern frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue.js, or comparable technologies. • Proficient use of Git, GitHub, or GitLab. • Experience developing web-based solutions, particularly with REST, SOAP, and XML interfaces. • Knowledge of using Docker to run containerized applications. • Solid knowledge of databases (SQL Server / MySQL). • Comfortable working with Linux and Windows systems. • Experience with CRM software. • Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum or Kanban). • Experience collaborating with national and international clients. • Excellent written and spoken German as well as good English skills.
