📋 Description
• Represent employees in employment and workers' compensation matters at Abramson Labor Group • Conduct legal research to support drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents • Draft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions and dispositive motions • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies • Take ownership of assigned workload and bring positivity to the workplace • Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years’ experience in civil litigation • Strong background in drafting pleadings and motions • Deep understanding of civil litigation • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
