📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients and their families to assess their health needs and develop care plans • Assist with medication management, including refills and reminders • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, such as doctors and nurses • Monitor and track clients' vital signs and health status • Provide education and support to clients and their families on managing chronic conditions and maintaining a healthy lifestyle • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records • Communicate regularly with our team of caregivers to ensure the best possible care for our clients • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant • Experience with virtual consultations and telemedicine preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in using technology and virtual platforms • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations • Compassionate and empathetic towards seniors and their families • Must be located in Ocala, FL or surrounding areas
