• Monitor candidates live via webcam and screen sharing to prevent academic dishonesty or unauthorized behavior during online exams. • Authenticate the identity of examinees prior to test entry using online verification procedures. • Clearly communicate exam instructions, protocols, and address candidate questions within established guidelines through chat or voice tools. • Continuously observe the virtual exam room, ensuring a quiet, secure, and orderly environment throughout the assessment period. • Identify and respond promptly to any suspicious activities, technical issues, or emergencies according to protocol. • Collect, secure, and document virtual exam materials and records before, during, and after the session as required. • Report incidents, infractions, or irregularities following the institution’s online testing policies. • Assist with troubleshooting basic connectivity or platform issues and help candidates adhere to equipment and software setup requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially in a virtual environment. • Ability to maintain professionalism, impartiality, and composure during stressful or unexpected situations online. • Prior experience in a remote educational, proctoring, or customer service setting is an asset. • Proficiency with computers, web conferencing tools, and online exam platforms is required.
