📋 Description

• Own information architecture across all surfaces. • Maintain a coherent IA across new and legacy platform areas. • Audit existing structures and resolve fracture points with a long-term foundation. • Set and carry cross-swimlane UX standards. • Review prototypes as a structural-integrity gate. • Champion a blueprint-first design motion. • Elevate the design practice by coaching strong structural thinking. • Build the UX foundation for AI products. • Maintain platform integrity across current and future builds. • Transfer knowledge and promote UX architecture thinking throughout the org.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on and/or managerial UX experience with deep expertise in information architecture and structural design. • A track record of owning IA across complex products. • The ability to influence standards across multiple teams without direct authority. • Experience establishing design processes and reusable foundations at scale. • Fluency partnering with Product and Engineering on AI or platform-level initiatives. • Engineering experience with JSON, CSS, C++, and Python-ML background is a plus.
