📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects across multiple squads • Build, maintain, and actively manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines • Review and validate requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, aligned to project objectives, and ready for technical execution • Work closely with development teams, BAs, QA, and stakeholders to translate business needs into structured delivery plans • Drive project execution across full lifecycle, from initiation through delivery, UAT, release, and closure • Assess scope, schedule, dependencies, quality, and risks continuously • Identify blockers and project risks early, resolve where possible, and escalate appropriately when required • Maintain strong stakeholder alignment across geographically distributed teams • Lead project governance through clear reporting, milestone tracking, status updates, and delivery transparency

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within technical or software delivery environments • Strong experience working directly with engineering/development teams • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously • Experience in Agile delivery environments • Strong practical understanding of Scrum • Previous Business Analyst experience is highly valued • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or IT • Project management qualifications and certifications will be preferred
