📋 Description

• Own cross-functional program communication across Growth Design, Brand Creative, Design Foundations, Engineering, and Marketing/Acquisition, building alignment across teams that don’t yet have established localization workflows • Drive coordination across ~12 active localization workstreams, maintaining visibility into status, timing, and design review windows as workstream scope and priorities evolve with the program, and ensuring nothing slips between teams • Identify, track, and resolve dependencies across workstreams; make trade-off calls on what to escalate vs. resolve independently • Lead cross-team scoping across Growth Design, Brand Creative, and Design Foundations to aggregate creative production volume and define requirements; run the agency RFP process and onboard a partner covering upstream transcreation and downstream post-translation production (string swaps, asset re-renders, motion timing, layout QA) Design and implement a shared intake workflow for localization requests across 3 design teams, establishing the standard for how localization work enters and moves through production

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in creative production, design operations, or program coordination in a creative/design environment • Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and agency partnerships • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping threads • Process-oriented mindset: you build structure where there isn’t any and improve it where there is • Prior experience in localization, multilingual creative production, or internationalization programs strongly preferred (candidates with this background will onboard significantly faster given the program’s active stage).
