📋 Description

• Lead impactful customer technical projects: build reference architectures, how-to guides, demo applications, deliver production-grade MVPs. • Provide technical leadership and consultation in post-sales: guide customers through architecture, design, and implementation of Acceldata solutions. • Guide customers through transformational data projects including third-party migrations, installation, and deployment across environments. • Collaborate with internal technical teams, Project Managers, Architects, and customers to deliver technical components and resolve product and support issues. • Provide feedback to product management and engineering on product gaps and implementation improvements. • Travel to customer sites and work closely with client technology teams to deliver business impact. • Troubleshoot complex deployments, optimize performance, and resolve product issues to drive customer success. • Design and deliver production-grade MVPs, reference architectures, and demo applications for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience in customer-facing pre-sales, post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles, with a focus on Cloud Native and Data Lakes. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role designing and implementing Kubernetes-based solutions, troubleshooting and optimizing performance, security, and deployments. • Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their Kubernetes offerings. • Proficient in Python or Java; experience in coding, documenting solutions, and white-boarding. • Strong background with big data technologies: Trino, Spark, Hive, Kafka, Airflow. • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)) are a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience working directly with clients, including conflict resolution and managing expectations.
