• Schedule and lead customer introduction and kickoff meetings • Guide customers through the migration process and timeline • Collect and verify customer account and migration information • Manage migration tasks and status updates using internal tools and dashboards • Coordinate migration readiness, audits, and execution activities • Communicate with customers throughout migration review periods • Monitor and track migration progress in Salesforce and related systems • Collaborate with support, QA, and development teams to resolve migration issues • Maintain migration documentation, reports, and master tracking lists • Support process improvement initiatives to streamline migration operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience coordinating customer-facing operational processes • Experience with Revit, specifically family building. 3-5 years of Revit preferred • Experience with ACC 1-3 years preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously • Comfortable working with internal systems, dashboards, and collaboration tools • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset • 3 years for Revit / 5 years for migrations or support • Minimum Education Required: Associate college degree
