• Collaborate with Global Procurement leadership and cross-functional business stakeholders (e.g., sales, finance, accounting, business systems, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation, ensuring effective communication with production, managerial, and executive teams. • Develop and present comprehensive business cases and impact assessments to support decision-making. • Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments. • Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights and trends. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. • Monitor project progress and performance against established goals. • Ensure deadlines are met by coordinating with stakeholders and managing project timelines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Solid understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
