📋 Description
• Compile and maintain accurate timesheet records within payroll systems • Process payroll calculations including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations • Handle employer and employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly • Assist with month-end close and post-payroll accounting tasks • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies • Maintain documentation for audits and reporting requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Minimum 6+ years of direct payroll experience • Strong understanding of payroll processes and accounting principles • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Comprehensive Services • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
