📋 Description

• Lead planning and execution of AI initiatives from concept through deployment • Translate use cases into clear plans with defined milestones, owners, and timelines • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum • Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to define data requirements, review demos, and gather feedback to inform iteration • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers • Establish simple, effective ways of working to support execution • Track progress and provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders • Support the transition from prototype to production readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs • Familiarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle (data, modeling, deployment) • Strong organizational and execution skills • Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities • Clear and effective communicator and facilitator with stakeholders at different levels • Experience working on AI or data-driven products • Experience moving work from prototype to production • Background in product or technology-driven environments • Familiarity with planning tools like Airtable a plus
