📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects across multiple workstreams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute delivery plans • Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolutions • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment • Manage timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure successful project execution • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in IT project or program management • Experience working on technical programs and application development projects • Strong technical background with experience as an Engineering Lead or Program Lead (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Marketo, CPQ, EDH, or similar platforms) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both leadership and technical teams • Strong experience with Agile methodologies • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, Airtable, and SharePoint • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory for well-qualified candidates
