📋 Description

• Design, build, and configure Pega Platform applications to meet business and technical requirements • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs • Develop application components including data models, process flows, case structures, integrations, UI, and business rules • Apply Pega SSA best practices and guardrails in all development activities • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support code integration, deployment, and environment readiness • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application lifecycle • Ensure solutions are performant, scalable, secure, and maintainable • Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members • Maintain clear, well‑structured, and supportable technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Pega Certification Required — aligned with internal certification guidance (e.g., Pega Certified Senior System Architect – CSSA) • Hands-on experience building Pega applications including rules, case types, integrations, and UI • Experience designing solutions that meet business process and technical requirements • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools supporting CI/CD pipelines • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to interface effectively with both technical and business partners.
