📋 Description

• Support the management of resources, project plans, and budget allocations across service delivery and product teams • Execute demand‑management processes to ensure proper intake, prioritization, and tracking of work • Provide training and education on project‑management standards, tools, and methodologies • Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, and decision‑making workflows • Create data‑driven models and dashboards to improve forecasting, resourcing, and business decision processes • Serve as a certified agile coach supporting planning, execution, and delivery across the IM‑53 portfolio • Partner with stakeholders to align project activities with business goals and client expectations • Support compliance with federal project documentation and reporting requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Experience supporting project or program management functions • Understanding of demand management, resource planning, and budget tracking • Ability to train teams on standard project‑management practices and tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and interpret project data • Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills • Experience working in federal delivery environments (standard/non‑elevated access).
