📋 Description

• Lead efforts to gather and document client business process requirements • Develop detailed configuration designs and rationales; build and validate system configuration • Implement FSCM functional solutions across Credit Management, Biller Direct, Dispute Management, and Collection Management • Develop test strategies and manage large, complex test cycles across integrated functional areas • Create supporting documentation including RICEFW objects, test models, scripts, and process flows • Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes, including those interfacing with other applications • Facilitate collaboration with technical and functional teams to ensure all requirements are met • Provide guidance on budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning (preferred) • Manage and mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and FSCM functional experience • Strong understanding of FSCM end‑to‑end processes and integration touchpoints • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional SAP environments • US Citizen required (no duals) • Ability to obtain a client Public Trust government clearance
