📋 Description

• Designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform • Delivering high-quality technical solutions in the ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application • Creating seamless, user-friendly workflows and automated processes to enhance operational efficiency • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and adhere to industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities • 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform • Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) and/or Customer Service Management (CSM) • Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent • Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in CSM or PSDS • Active secret clearance required
