📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans • Foster a collaborative environment and establish a shared vision for project success • Manage resource allocations and workload assignments in alignment with delivery requirements and projected financial performance • Evaluate plans and dependencies while monitoring estimates, schedules, and deviations • Formulate strategic adjustments to maintain delivery objectives • Ensure customer sign-off on critical milestones • Foster transparent collaboration among delivery teams, clients, and client partners • Identify process improvements, cost optimization strategies, and time-saving measures • Identify risks and blockers, establish mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution • Inspire, motivate, and guide delivery teams • Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement • Bring together diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across organizational boundaries • Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions • Contribute ideas and expertise to project and team evolution and client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience coordinating complex IT projects, including Fixed Price projects • Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Project Management methodologies • Experience in process analysis and process improvement • Experience designing and implementing organizational processes and governance frameworks • Experience with Agile ways of working and Agile transformation initiatives • Experience in change management and organizational alignment • Experience with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams • Ability to capture, structure, and document knowledge systematically • Ability to establish processes for knowledge maintenance, governance, and quality assurance • Ability to analyze and simplify complex information, identifying patterns and dependencies • Ability to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement • Ability to connect information across topics, teams, and documentation • Ability to prepare and visualize information clearly for specific audiences • Ability to facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Reliable and accountable mindset • Structured and process-oriented thinking • Transparency in communication and decision-making • Ability to influence and drive change across teams • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach • Strong ownership and follow-through • Proven ability to identify optimal solutions across diverse contexts, evaluating alternatives, outcomes, and risks • Strong strategic planning and methodology adaptation skills • Team management skills • Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline • Experience leading cross-functional teams including Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and Architects • Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and improve outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, structure effective prompts, validate outputs, understand limitations, and own final results • Fluent written and spoken English and German • Solid technical background in IT systems or software development is nice to have • PMI ACP, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, or ICP-ATF certifications are nice to have
