📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and establish a shared vision for project success • Manage resource allocations and workload assignments in alignment with delivery requirements and projected financial performance • Evaluate plans and dependencies while monitoring estimates, schedules, and deviations • Formulate strategic adjustments to maintain delivery objectives and secure customer sign-off on critical milestones • Foster transparent collaboration among the delivery team, client, and client partners • Identify process improvements, cost optimization strategies, and time-saving measures • Identify risks and blockers, establish mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution • Inspire, motivate, and guide the delivery team while fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement • Contribute ideas and expertise to the project and team evolution and the client relationship

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience coordinating complex IT projects, including Fixed Price projects • Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Project Management methodologies • Ability to identify optimal solutions across diverse contexts and evaluate alternatives, outcomes, and risks • Strong strategic planning and methodology adaptation skills • Team management skills to drive alignment and achieve common objectives • Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline • Experience leading cross-functional teams including Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and Architects • Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of final results • Fluent written and spoken English and German • Solid technical background in IT systems or software development • PMP Certification
